Days 1 and 2 - Exshaw
Leave modern life’s stress far behind and live, in the heart of the Rockies, a glorious western adventure! You will have the opportunity to relax in the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool, but the real reason why you are here is probably the smooth cowboy atmosphere and our authentic ranch! When the legendary Mounted Police was created in the 19th century, the needs for well trained horses were huge. This is why this ranch was built. In the 20th century, the site has been used for several Hollywood productions such as River of no Return, the first movie featuring Marilyn Monroe. Still today, the ranch is one of the world largest log made structures! During these fabulous days you will have the opportunity to live like an authentic cow-boy! As this is your holidays, it is up to you to decide how far you want to push the experience. If you like to, you can indeed take it easy and lie by the swimming pool or the Jacuzzi. Some will however rather take part actively to the daily operations of the ranch. Moreover, the experienced riders as well as the beginners will be delighted by our horseback riding excursions across the breath taking landscapes of the Rockies. (B and L on day 2 / 2D)

Day 3 – Exshaw Drive to Calgary (Chuckwagon race and evening Grandstand Show)
On the last day you go on another ride. This time it is for a half day so that you can be back for the Chuckwagon race and Evening Show on the Stampede grounds that start at 8pm. Overnight in Calgary. (B/L)

Day 4 – Calgary Stampede (Afternoon Rodeo)
In the morning you drive back to the busy city where the Stampede grounds open their gates at 10am. In the afternoon, starting at 1:30pm, you are invited to attend the largest outdoor rodeo in the world: professional cowboys compete in a myriad of rodeo events, including bull riding, steer wrestling and barrel racing.
