Day 1 – Montreal
Fly into Montreal and pick up your rental car and rendezvous in the thrilling and appealing city of Montreal.
Day 2 and 3 – Montreal to St-Michel-des-Saints 101 miles 162km
Today you leave the city and drive into the Laurentian Mountains north of Montreal. You will then stay in a magnificent resort which will delight the sport and outdoor activities enthusiasts. Here you can take part in many activities as this is an ideal place for an exciting forest adventure. On the program you can swim in the lake, go canoeing or kayaking, try your hand at windsurfing, play a game of tennis, try the swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, maybe go hiking in the forest, stay in a native tipi and much much more!
Day 4, 5 and 6 – St-Michel-des-Saints to Quebec City 173 miles 276km
Your destination today is the beautiful Quebec City! Rich in culture, history and beauty, Quebec City has the appearance and the atmosphere of an old-world town. Indeed, its old section has kept its historic character and a “Vieille France” charm. Moreover, the surrounding areas offer delightful landscapes. Yield to temptation of an excursion toward the spectacular Montmorency Falls and the Île d’Orleans. You will then stay at he Hôtel Quebec whose water slides will surely make the joy of the kids. The whole family will also be delighted by a visit at Canada’s larges t waterpark: 35 waterslides for all tastes, a gigantic wave pool, The Amazone (1/2 km tropical river), The pirates Cave, The Dungeon, The Game Island, The Cocorico farm and much more!
Day 7 and 8 – Quebec City / Sacre-Coeur 182 miles 290km
Today you travel north towards the Saguenay Fjord. The fjord features a rugged coastline sprinkled with quaint villages and belvederes offering breathtaking views. The estuary is also famous for whale watching. You will then stay in a holiday centre which is ideal for outdoor adventures!
Day 9 – Sacre-Coeur / St Felicien 212 miles 339km
To reach Quebec’s “inland sea”, you will drive along the magnificent Saguenay Fjord. With its 210 Km of shores and its many sandy beaches, the lake is an ideal place for nautical activities or for a lovely cruise. Take also the time to meet with its attaching inhabitants known as “les bleuets”. You will be invited for an amazing visit at the famous Saint-Félicien Wildlife Zoo where you will be in position to safely observe wild animals in their natural habitats. A train will indeed take you for a ride across a replica of the main Canadian regions. The Lake has some wonderful cycle ways where you can rent a cycle for a few hours and enjoy a family ride.

Day 10 and 11 – St Felicien / Lac Edouard 108 miles 173km
On your way to the raft men country, you’ll drive along the magnificent St-Maurice Valley. Definitely one of the most beautiful roads in Quebec. This is a wonderful place to truly experience the Canadian forest! The Mauricie region offers you the richness of its natural and cultural heritage. You will then stay at the legendary Triton Outfitter. In the 19th century, the outfitter was a prestigious hunting club frequented by the rich and the famous. Here you can take part in hiking along the many forest trails, canoeing or kayaking, swimming in lakes, wildlife watching, etc.
Day 12 and 13 – Lac Edouard/ Montreal 181 miles 290km
After an exciting few days it is now back in Quebec’s metropolis! Discover its famous attractions such as the old Port, the Biodôme, the Insectarium, the Olympic Tower, the Underground City and of course La Ronde, the largest theme park in Quebec. Built in 1967 for the Universal Exposition, this world class park offer today more than 40 rides that will delight even the most hard to please visitors!
