The Wild Beauty of the Canadian Forest - Black bear , Moose , Beaver 2 days 1 night. Available daily 1st June - 15th September
The Mauricie region is able to boast of being home to the largest concentration of black bears on earth. This foray will allow you to discover two great richeness of Canada that abound in this region, the canoe and the black bear in its natural environment.
Day 1 – St-Mathieu-du-Parc
Free day to discover the wild beauty of the Mauricie region. Take advantage of this opportunity to do some hiking or to visit some of the nearby cultural attractions. At the end of the day, you will meet your naturalist guide. After a short walk in the wood, you will access a hideout from which you will be able to safely observe black bears in their natural habitat. Don’t forget your camera! The success rate of bear watching is over 95%.
Day 2 – St-Mathieu-du-Parc
Today you will live a typically Canadian experience! You will indeed explore the magnificent Mauricie National Park during an amazing canoe excursion. The
departure for this activity will be done at 5 am so you can witness the spectacular awakening of the wild nature. This is also the best time to observe the moose! You will never forget this moment! Your guide will then show you the best spots to observe wildlife. Among other things, he will show you an active beaver dam. At the end of the afternoon, continuation on your individual trip.

Treasures of the Laurentians - Black bear, American Elk, Beaver, Deer or Stag, Osprey 4 days , 3 nights daily June 1st - 1st October
This particular activity holiday in Quebec is theme around wildlife viewing. This is a perfect package for those who want to go back home with the head full of pleasant recollection. With excellent results ratio and accompanied by an experienced nature guide, you will have a close encounter of the third kind with the likes of a black bear, an American Elk, a beaver, a deer or stag, or even an osprey.
Day 1 – Mont-Laurier
Rendez-vous at the Pourvoirie Beauregard at the end of the afternoon for the evening meal. At sundown, the adventure begins with an unforgettable black bear watching activity. Night at the Pourvoirie Beauregard.
Day 2 – Mont-Laurier
By getting up early, you’ll have excellent chances to watch cervides, mainly the deer's of Virginia. At around 10 am, leave by canoe on Lac Casac and have a noontime meal in the forest. During the day, you will be privy to witness the numerous sea birds which populate the streams, bogs, creeks and surrounding lakes. You might also have the opportunity to see some beavers in action on their dams. Settle in at the shelter. Night at the Pourvoirie

Day 3 – Mont-Laurier
By getting up early, you’ll have excellent chances to watch moose drinking by the lake. After eating breakfast, the excursion continues by canoe. Transfer to the outfitter for lunch. The afternoon is free so that you can enjoy on-site activities such as swimming, hiking, the interpretation trial or even the quad (Optional), mountain bike (Optional) or fishing (Optional). Night at the Pouvoirie Beauregard.
Day 4 – Mont-Laurier
Breakfast, then it’s already time to leave this peaceful paradise. Continuation of your individual trip.

Adventure in Cariboo's Land - Caribou and Wildlife - 2 days 1 night - Available 15th June to 15th October
This wildlife experience in Quebec Canada is in the St Felicien Wild Zoo. Visitors who’d like to live a most original adventure will be delighted by the new experiences that are offered at the Centre for Conservation of Boreal Biodiversity (CCBB) of the St-Felicien Wild Zoo. Here’s indeed an adventure package which stretches over two days . From the visit of the Borealium to the night passed among the caribous in the vicinity of a peat bog, the participants will have the opportunity, along with their experienced naturalist guide, to explore some very special environments.

Days 1 and 2 – St-Félicien
To start this extraordinary journey the right way, a visit at the fascinating Borealium is definitely a must! Inaugurated in June 2003, this building propose is an interesting multi-sensorial experience that will take you to the heart of the different biomes that constitute the Boreal environment: the taiga, the tundra, the mountains, etc. The multi sensorial movie alone would worth a trip! After this exhilarating visit, you’ll be ready to live an unforgettable Boreal experience! Two wonderful days during which you’ll:

Have the opportunity to visit restricted areas such as the zoo’s “backstage”, the veterinary clinic, the polar bears night quarter, etc.
- Enjoy a lunch at the Pioneer farm, an historical reconstitution that will allow you to discover the way of life of the 19th century’s local farmers.
- Discover the Boreal fauna and flora with an experienced guide.
- Track the caribous and the moose.
- Sleep in prospector tent, on a bed made out of pine branches, in the midst of a caribous habitat.
- Have a dinner in the nature.
- At sunset, leave by canoe on the great Montagnais Lake to observe the moose, the caribous, the musk ox, the black bears, etc.
- Be introduced to the telemetry science and observe a female moose and her baby.
- Enjoy a campfire evening during which a very special character will pay you a visit.

King of the Canadian Forest - Moose - 3 days , 2 nights , available daily from 11th June to 27th August
This mythical animal, Canada’s emblem, is as majestic as it is gigantic. It abounds in some Eastern Canada regions. It is especially the case in the Matane wild life reserve! It is omnipresent in this area. Take this opportunity to observe it in its natural habitat.
Day 1 – Matane Wildlife Reserve
At the end of the day, rendez-vous to the Matane wild life reserve entrance (around 4 PM). Setting in the cottages. In early evening (aroud 6 PM), get prepared for an encounter with the Canadian mastodon, the moose! It abounds in this region. Night in a cottage or similar.
Day 2 – Matane Wildlife Reserve
In the morning, visit of the reserve’s interpretation centre. You’ll learn a lot about this fascinating creature. Once this visit is finished, the adventure begins! You are invited for a hiking excursion that will give you the opportunity to understand the habitat of this huge mammal as well as many other well kept secrets about the wild Canadian forest! In the afternoon, visit of a peat bog. In the evening, the king of the Canadian forest awaits you on the shore of the lake. On board a kayak, you might observe a moose from very close! Night in a cottage or similar.
Day 3 – Matane Wildlife Reserve
Take advantage of some free time to have some fun in this enchanting setting that allows you to listen to the fascinating sounds of the wild nature. Several activities are proposed on the site.
